About Quad
The Architects Studio
Our architects’ studio is a seedbed of ideas that
are not directly related to any particular site specific
development. With projects like X-Tension and the Quadhouse
we have investigated and tested off site construction
methods. Telehotel was a £2 billion multidisciplinary
venture in the telecoms/data industry central to which
was Quad’s innovative design for a prototype Telehotel
building.
The studio also has a history of working with external
clients, and on rare occasions still undertakes architectural
work for clients where there is a pre-existing relationship
and on projects of interest.
