About Quad
History
Quad’s heritage goes back to early 1987 when Nuggy
Lianos formed the architectural practice Quad Architects.
Nick Davies and Martin Cummins joined in 1988 and the
partnership began to undertake their own developments
jointly funded with Kevin Thomas who also became a Director
in each of Quad’s development vehicles.
The various entities that form the Quad group of companies
have been recently undergoing a period of consolidation/reorganisation
and Quad now employs around 20 people. The architectural
practice is now a limited company of which Anna Forster
was recently appointed a director.
