Quad recently acquired an entire complex of 1970s apartment blocks on a 2 acre site close to the river in Teddington. Quad will totally remodel and refurbish the existing blocks, radically changing their external appearance to incorporate balconies and altering internal layouts and finishes, ensuring that the finished development will perfectly fit the Quad mantra of building Future Classics.

In total there will be over 50 apartments ranging from studios to 3 bedroomed duplexes, in a private setting with mature landscaping. Sustainable aspects of the scheme include rainwater harvesting, the reuse of an existing site and proximity to good public transport links.
