● Quad has been commisionsed to remodel and refurbish the flagship site of Abakhan Fabrics in North Wales. Based around a redundant warehouse the building will be given a new lease of life with plans for a shop, cafeteria and childrens play area.

● We have recently submitted a proposal to form part of the regeneration of Crewe high street. Adjacent to a new Sainsbury's store we have created an exciting mixed used development of restaurants and accommodation. Along with an improved public space this proposal will create a much needed pedestrian link to the town centre which will boost the area whilst maximising historic views.
